They ensure that critical equipment, crew changes, customs documents and reports of waste are all managed without delay with the Port authorities. 



But very often provide alerts and notes on operations at the destination port to the China-HK Express, so that Shipping Agencies have real-time information available to them while the goods are in transit. In the case of harm to the cargo or ship, the Shipping Agencies often makes appropriate arrangements with the insurance company and for specialist or surveyor marine inspection and services, etc.
